Mark is best known for his development of web-based information systems, with his first major success in 1994 leading a team that won a multi-billion dollar aerospace and defense contract. As vice president for a startup manufacturing company, he created a web-based "Customer Information Portal" that won new business and strengthened customer relationships. From Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA), Mark provides experience in enterprise resource management, document management, and product data management systems. With a solid understanding of project management and systems engineering principles, coupled with extensive experience with Microsoft based applications and networks, Mark is ready to execute a realistic solution for your business, based on your vision and requirements.

Mark earned his B.S. and M.S. in engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana campus. He broadened his educational background by earning an M.B.A. from the Claremont Graduate University and sharpened his IT skills while completing an M.S. in Applied Computer Science at Azusa Pacific University. Mark has published work on the subject of customer information portals. He presently holds a lead faculty member position at the University of Phoenix with an emphasis on effectively utilizing technology in business organizations.
